土司面包

Testing 1 2 3 。。。

土司面包
1)高筋~~300g
2)幼糖~~20g
3)幼盐~~6g
4)奶粉~~1汤匙
5)即溶酵母~~4g
6)冷水~~190ml (我用冷奶)
7)牛油~~25g

skg面包机做法
1)全部材料一起放入面包桶(盐与酵不要放在一起。
2)启动程序1号(basic)选中色(medium)三小时自动好。

1) high-gluten flour ~~ 300g
2) caster sugar ~~ 20g
3) salt ~~ 6g
4) milk powder~- 1 tablespoon
5) instant yeast ~~ 4g
6) cold water~~ 190ml (I use cold milk)
7) butter~~ 25g

1) All the materials put together into the bread bucket except salt and yeast (do not put in salt and yeast.
